Our Youth Development & Leadership Building initiatives are designed to nurture confident, responsible, and purpose-driven young individuals. We work closely with youth from fishing and marginalized communities, helping them discover their strengths, build self-belief, and develop the skills required to lead meaningful lives. Beyond academic or career guidance, we focus on character and confidence. Many young people struggle with fear of failure, lack of motivation, or absence of role models.
